Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Raj is responsible for overseeing the firm’s acquisitions and ensuring the execution of the firm’s multifamily holdings. His duties include oversight of all asset management functions, construction deliverables and financial reporting. Prior to Co-founding White Paper Strategies, Raj held positions at VineBrook Homes REIT where he was responsible for growing top-line revenue for his region’s book of business. Rajeev earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University and a Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment certification from MIT.

Chris began his career in real estate as a part time developer in Boston while also navigating a successful Advertising career in corporate America. He decided to commit full time to Real Estate shortly after completing his MBA at Pepperdine University in 2013. He would go on to found White Paper Strategies after meeting Raj at MIT. As a result, WPS has individual approaches for each market – spanning from land entitlement projects to residential repositions to net new development projects.
